We submit all patient statements on a regular cycle. Electronic claims are submitted to all carriers in a manner which allows for maximum and expedited reimbursement.

Individual Account Executive
Each client is assigned their own account executive. This gives your staff the security and comfort of dealing with the same representative who is uniquely familiar with your practice. And yes, each account representative has a backup.

No Recorded Voice prompts
All calls are answered personally. When a patient calls they speak directly with an account representative. Questions are answered courteously, and all efforts are made to expedite a settlement. Patient privacy and support are never compromised.

24 Hour Claim Processing
When claims are received in our office, they are processed within 24 hours.

Electronic Claims Submissions
We submit your claims electronically to Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, to all applicable carriers.

Claims Follow-up
We aggressively follow-up on all claims. In addition to your individual account executive that deals with carriers and patients, we also have a follow-up specialist that will assist in calling patients to deal with outstanding balances. We know that we don't get paid unless you get paid.

Access to your patients accounts:
As we use a web based program for our billing and as a client of S & K Business Solutions you will have access to those account 24/7. You will be able to view any account and see everything that is associated with that account: all information you sent with original claim, any payments history or denial and all notes that are in the account.
